Bolo is set with Thundercloud stone, a unique stone found near turquoise mines in Hubei, China. It is composed primarily of opalized calcium and iron. In this bolo, it is set in a handmade sterling silver setting with a bright finished, hand-patterned rim and brushed, darkened recessed area, forming a shadowbox around the stone. The back is finished to a high shine and has a hammered pattern and handmade bolo fittings. The ties are black leather with sterling tips. The ties are 44 inches in total length. The bolo itself is 1.25 inches tall x 1 inch wide.
